To know the size of cable you need, measure only the cable sheath, if it is not written on the old sheath.

(1 foot = 0.3048 m.)

To know the size of the cable:

In centimeters: You must measure the case of the same (only the black part from inside to inside of the mechanism), add 56 cm (measurement of the mechanism) and divide by 30.5 (equivalence feet per centimeter). The resulting figure must be rounded up. the upper whole number to know the measurement in feet. Example: Length of the cover = 305 cm. 305 + 56 = 361 : 30.5 = 11´8´´, Round to 12 feet. In feet: You must measure its cover (only the black part from the inside to the inside of the mechanism), add 1.85 (mechanism measurement). The resulting figure must be rounded up to the highest whole number to know the measurement in feet. Example: Sleeve length = 10.15 ft + 1.85 = 12 ft.
